We chcked in on Christmas day and when we walked into the lobby it took about 15 minutes and a call to corporate before anyone was there to help us. We knew that it was a pet friendly hotel and we are fine with that but we, who didnt have any pets, were placed between 2 rooms with pets on a floor with many other pets and the dogs were barking until late in the evening as well as frst thing in the AM. If you stay there without pets ask to be placed away from pets. The rooms are nice and so is the breakfast - It is a good value if not for the barking dogs.....

Reception at the front desk including greeting was excuted and expressed very well. Reservation verification and check in was excellent. Room was cool and beds turn down, bath room was stocked and in order. The continental breakfast was in order. My internet connection was succesful. I, was not sure of how secure the internet was. Check out including greeting again was excellent. I am alway impressed with warm greetings. My stay was excellent and would reccomend to other.

Booking online was a breeze. The hotel location was too far from the beach and local restaurants: farther than expected. The next time, I will try the location next to the Navy base instead. The price was not worth the room condition and size. Excellent continental breakfast; best assortment by far. Was expecting a cleaner hotel based on the 3.5 star rating.

I've stayed here two weeks in a row; giving the chance that week one was just an off week...not so lucky! The elevators are a sauna...no air. The staff at the front desk is hit or miss; but the majority is not very friendly. When I checked in and made it to my room, the bathroom still had dirty towels in the bathroom. It's pet friendly (which is fine b/c I have 3 dogs myself, so I love pets), but as I tried to get to my room there were 4 dogs running down the hallway on no leash and the owner seemed to think I was the one in the way...as I'm trying to get my suitcase down the hallway I had to give right-of-way to the dogs. I never waited less than 5 minutes at the front desk. The pool is very nice and surrounded by a solid wall for privacy, which is great. It is conveniently located on the corner of two roads that provide access to everything and it's walking distance from the mall.

The hotel was great! Hotel staff was very helpful with everything. The room was super clean and everything worked great. The pool was kept clean as well which was a big surprise. Our room was very spacious also and we loved every minute there. Would def go back to the hotel for next years Spring Fling and any other return trips to Panama City
