- Please keep in mind these rules and fees before booking your stay at the Inn:
- The property does not rent to singles under the age of 25. You will not be allowed to check in and no monies will be refunded.
- Please note the property does charge a fee of 116.55 for departure cleaning, 1 parking pass and accidental rental damage insurance. This fees will be collected by the property upon arrival.
- Additional parking passes are 15.00.
- There is a 15.00 processing fee from the property for all cancellations.
- Check in time is 4 p.m.

Stayed from September 15 through September 19, 2008. What a wonderful place to stay...very clean, spacious, quiet and friendly place. First vacation in 15 years, the Inn at St Thomas Square made it very enjoyable. Lagoon outside, short walk to pool, short walk to beach. Would reccommend to anyone to stay there. My friends and I are already talking about coming back to Panama City next year and the ONLY place we will stay is at the Inn At St. Thomas Square.

This place is great. Keep in mind renting a condo. Maid service came about every third day. We decided to leave early (finished our business early) and they even refunded 2 nights when they didn't have to. Right in the middle of the action so great place to go for youngsters. Across the street from the beach. Would definately stay here again.

The Inn is affordably priced, roomy, and near all the action in Panama City Beach. Note that you are renting a condo so this is not a full-service hotel. But if you want a quiet place at a great price, it's pretty hard to beat the Inn.
