The property does not rent to singles under the age of 25. You will not be allowed to check in and no monies will be refunded.

Please note the property does charge a fee of 116.55 for departure cleaning, 1 parking pass and accidental rental damage insurance. This fees will be collected by the property upon arrival.
Additional parking passes are 15.00.
There is a 15.00 processing fee from the property for all cancellations.
